The 24-Hour Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor (ABPM) program aids in the diagnosis of hypertension. A 24-Hour ABPM is a non-invasive, portable blood pressure recording device that records blood pressure at specified times during a 24-hour period. In this program, you will meet with a member of the team who will explain how the monitor works and will put it on (to be removed by you and returned the next day). Results will be downloaded from the device and sent to your health provider.
To register, speak with your health provider for more information on whether this program is right for you.
