Our diabetes program provides education and support from a team of multidisciplinary health professionals including a Registered Dietitian.
Services provided:
- Individual and group education for persons with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes
- Education/support for management issues such as diet, exercise, medications, chronic complications
- Other health programs offered may include; foot care, high blood pressure management / education, smoking cessation, breathing management / education and stress management
