The Smoking Cessation program focuses on helping patients to quit smoking. A Registered Nurse meets with patients to create a treatment plan. There may also be medications available to the patient to assist with the quitting process.
Services provided:
- Information, support and counselling about behaviour modification techniques and medications

The Lung Health Foundation and its certified respiratory educators are available every weekdays from 8:30 to 4:30pm to answer your questions about your lung health as well as provide smoking cessation support. If you need to know more about asthma, COPD, lung cancer or that cough that won’t go away we can help you stay informed.
