Wellness for Tots
A Registered Nurse provides health and developmental check-ins for children 18 and 36 months of age.
The program consists of:
- an assessment of overall health, growth and development
- provide immunization administration along with individualized education for the promotion of your child’s health and development
- possible topics discussed include: gross and fine motor development, speech and language, nutrition, safety, disciplines, toileting and sleep.
Your physician may remind you at your child’s appointment, however all 18 and 36 month children will be contacted and scheduled for an appointment.
