Chronic Pain Self-Management groups are for individuals with chronic pain, to provide them with the self-management knowledge, tools, and techniques to decrease pain.
Chronic Pain Self-Management group is a 10-week, 20-hour in-person group that teaches self-management strategies including exercise and fitness, stress management, relaxation, meditation and other focusing techniques, nutrition, and medication management.
