Services provided by the Respiratory Clinic:

  • Spirometry testing to assess lung function
  • Education on how to self-manage chronic lung problems such as asthma and COPD
  • Option of Pulmonary Rehabilitation group exercise program (see Pulmonary Rehabilitation program page for details)

You must be a patient of the Stratford FHT.

Referral

You need a physician referral to join this program.
