Support and Education Group

Support and Education Group is a 10-week program that aims to provide patients with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully manage their emotions by teaching skills on emotional regulation and coping strategies.

You must be a patient of the Stratford FHT.

Referral

You do not need a physician referral to join this program.

Referral Criteria

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend this program.
