Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is designed to help anyone having difficulty managing stress, mild to moderate anxiety, or depression. It is also highly recommended for people with a history of depression. It combines the ideas of cognitive therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy group is a highly effective 11-week virtual group offered to adults 16 years of age and older, to learn and practice the skills of mindfulness for low mood.

Patient Status

You do not need to be a patient of the Stratford FHT.

Referral

You do not need a physician referral to join this program.

Referral Criteria

You must be 16 years of age or older to attend this program.
